The latest release tackles these issues:

Fix: the time window was not correctly picked up for the notifications
Fix: Maintenance task could throw an SQL error
Fix: Sync folder logic had a http context issue that is now resolved
Enhancement: ability to auto subscribe to flexible root folder
Enhancement: you can specify "now" for a date attribute under "Custom" and the current date will be loaded by default
Fix: EntryInfo tried to deserialize GUID lockkey even if there was none
Enhancement: Approval notifications only sent on approve action OR if document is not approved
Fix: More encapsulation of earch strings code to ensure character escaping for Lucene
Fix: Custom Templates were not loaded in edit screen. Instead the default ones were loaded each time.

Make sure to check your "service until" date of your license that is is larger than today (April 14, 2010) or else you risk going into unlicensed state.

As usual I advise to backup your installation first. After that install as usual and as any other module (upgrade) in DNN.
