All new files are locked, can't unlock 1978 2

If we check the next day, then the file is unlocked. If we click to unlock the file, then refresh, it's still locked. This is a production system, and is affecting our user's ability to collaborate.

I think I've found a bug, using DMX 6. I have a DNN install with 20 portals. Steps to reproduce: 1. Get a link to one of my own files: https://www.domain.com/DesktopModules/Bring2mind/DMX/Download.aspxPortalId=10&TabId=20&EntryId=30&local=true 2. This link gives me direct access to the file (bypassing all permission checks) 3. Dear Forum My OMS generates .zip files and an 'upload instruction' containing all the required data to generate a new document: The file to upload, the title, the keywords, the permissions, .... all is automatically generated by our OMS. I recently moved our DNN application using Document Exchange to a new server. After the move the schedule is running but with errors. The files in syched folders are being moved to the approproiate folder in DMX folder (year/month) however, the database isn't being written to so the files are not being displayed in the document window for users. Particular files hosted on amazon s3 are not working in chrome via the document manager. We have concluded this is because they were uploaded with commas in the file names. I have several documents that users cannot access. When they click on a file they get a 'This webpage is not available' in the Chrome browser, 'The requested document was not found on this server.' in Firefox and IE tries to download what looks like the path to the specific file, 'Download_aspxCommand=Core_Download&EntryId=ent1263&Method=attachment&PortalId=0&TabId=63'. Doc Exchange 6.1.6 / DNN 7.2.1 I choose a folder, then choose import, enter the physical path, click import, it says import succeeded. No errors. Go back to the folder and any subfolders have been imported BUT no files anywhere have been imported. What am I missing

Would like to not inherit permissions when adding subfolder 5757 4

We have a root folder that is accessible to more than a thousand security groups, and each security group has it's own proprietary folder below the root that only that security group can see. We had to set it up that way for menu reasons. However, I would like to be able to add a new subfolder( that doesn't inherit the permissions of the parent folder. We are having problems where files aren't deleted during the import sync process. When there is a new version of a file that already exists in DMX it doesn't delete the file that was just imported. The schedule task log says: Created new version for 'SyncPath' in DMX (EntryId=12582) Could not delete 'SyncPath' The new version seems to be created but the file at SyncPath still exists.
