Hi Peter, we have been using DMX for a few years now and we are just starting to exploit its capabilities. I can't figure out why i can't get the "open in word" or "open in explorer" menu items to show up in the menu. WEBDAV is enabled in main options, WEBDAV permission is checked for all users, all options are enabled in web.config interface under IIS 7. I did read a recent post saying that the context menu are controlled by DMX only so at this point i just need to get those menu items to show to see if all other configurations are good. I'm using dnn 6.2, dmx 6.1.3, win 2008 64 bit with iis 7.5 and client is IE9 on win7. Any help would be appreciated. Thansk in advance. Stef. |

Hi Stef, 1. Make sure the user has edit permissions on the item. 2. Reset menus if you have to. Flush the DNN cache. 3. Right click the document to bring up the context menu. Is it there? Peter |

Hi Peter All items mentioned have been verified and done. I've restarted the web server and cannot get the webdav items to appear in the menu. Hopefully i did not miss something evident or documented, however i would really appreciate your assistance in getting this working. I also have an issue with links in the search results returning browser 404 not fount error when clicking on the links of the search results page. Is it possible to open up a ticket for these issues? I see alot of potential for thsi module once it's working correctly. Thanks and Cheers! |
