    I am having trouble using the Download icon from the DMX.  It shows that the page is opening, then nothing happens.  This happens on my DNN module and on this site as well.  Does anyone have any idea what may be causing this? 

    I really need to be able to go back and download a previous document from the DMX.

    If you have a url I'd be happy to try as well. My guess it's a browser issue since this is new.

    Our site is a Private Site and not published on the WWW, however I am not able to download from your site either.  Here is the link I am trying to use the download ICON from

    thanks for looking at this and if you have any idea what settings would cause this I would appreciate the information so I may fix this for our company.

    I've been able to reproduce this. I'm happy you pointed this out. This needs fixing ... sorry about this. For now just use the dl icon on the list view. Expect this fixed in the next version.

    do you know when this will be corrected and since we just purchased the Pro Verison am I entitled to the fix?

    We have a need to go back and look at older documents on a regular basis and from what I see this is the only way to do this.

    Of course you're entitled to the patch (and I've just verified the new version has this fixed). You'll be notified through Snowcovered and you'll find it under 'patches & hotfixes'.

    How are the test going for the latest update.  I am really looking forward into deploying the patch for the DMX, to be able to use the Download Icon.
