Can someone help me out of this fog I seem to have gotten myself into? I can't seem to get or understand how the approval process works. I have setup a site with a role called approver and assigned this to a user, this approver role is the role set as, approver. I had admin upload a document and it appears on teh site as approved???, shouldn't it be unapproved until the approver user approves it?
Has anybody expanded the approval workflow beyond that which is described in the manuals and if you have can you contact me?
