Error occurs every time when I send multiply documents using MailDoc v01.00.02. Recipient can receive email, but user (sender) sees following error on the screen.

A critical error has occurred. The process cannot access the file 'C:\WWW\www.fyd.org.nz\WebData\Root1\_temp_FpftvTznQGAubfz.zip' because it is being used by another process.

Also I notice that temp .zip file that has been sent stay left in the root of the DMX Repository Location.

I tried to send email when Indexing service was disabled, but still no luck.

    Any help will be appreciated.

Not sure why the process has locked it. I'll have to check that out. The fault is not critical to the sending of the email (it is supposed to delete the attachment after having sent it to the recipients) but this is not pretty.

    Peter,

I am having the same problem.  I am using DNN4.3.5, MailDoc 1.00.03.  It zips the files and it sends an email.  But no attachment.

It works when sending a single file.

    Any thoughts?

    Ryan

Basically, let me correct my message above...sorry.

The module actually zips and sends the file as attachment. But I still get the same error that some process has locked the file.

Thanks Ryan, I'll look into this. I've had more similar incident reports from DNN 4 installations.
