Peter, We just got the following message: There appears to be a licensing issue. Please contact your hosting provider.<!-- End_Module_600 --> Why would we get this? What's the cause? Thanks, Dan

Dan, What version of DMX did you use when you first activated? Did anything change on the server or DNN installation recently? Peter

Peter, DNN version: 3.2.1 DMX version: 03.02.01 Also, when I click on the "License" in the upper left menu dropdown for the DMX module it says, "Your activation key is incorrect for this machine" Dan

Dan, These older versions of DMX still use the server hardware for licensing. Probably something happened to the network parameters. Your best bet is to upgrade DMX, and reactivate. Let me know if you ran out of activations. Peter PS As always, do your (daily?) backup before upgrading any part of your DNN installation. Not that I think you'll have problems, but because I think it's good practice.

Dan, Through your purchasing channel (most likely Snowcovered) you regularly receive notifications of upgrades. You should have received a great number of these for DMX since your 03.02.01 version. You will find the upgrades published under 'upgrades & patches' at your SC account. Peter

About Bring2mind

Bring2mind is the company of Peter Donker, a DotNetNuke enthusiast who has been involved with the platform from the very beginning.
