Problem creating new folder

    Hi Peter

    My customer has a problem to create new folders, he get's a javascript-error and this on 2 complete different pc's in different networks, with IEX 6/7 or FF. But myself I cannot reproduce this error, even with his account I can create new folders.

    Do you can imagine where the source of error is?

    This error occurs since the update of DNN to 04.04.01, respective the last WinServer 2003 patches, the DMX is version 03.04.08.

    And a little bug I found in the forms for adding new entries/folders: between "update/speichern" and "cancel/abbrechen" some space is missing.

    No Clue. I don't even use javascript on those pages. Can he give more details about the error?

    Peter,

    The error has nothing to do with the DMX, it's related to an ASP.NET 2.0 Framework problem with compression and authentication. Hard to solve, read a lot about and I think to solve it now.

    I'm coming back with the problem, I not found a solution until now. Probably you see a way to solve it, here the debugging information:

    WebForm_DoPostBackWithOptions(new WebForm_PostBackOptions("dnn:ctr417:Dispatch:EditEntry:cmdUpdateBottom", "", true, "", "", false, true))

    Probably you can give an advice how to solve this tricky problem.

    thank's for the link, I excluded webresource.axd from compression and now it seems to working well.
