I just installed DMX Pro, and when I go to add the module in a page I get the following error:

    Error: Bring2mind\DMX is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: The file '/DesktopModules/Bring2mind/DMX/Dispatch.ascx' does not exist. ---> System.Web.HttpException: The file '/DesktopModules/Bring2mind/DMX/Dispatch.ascx' does not exist. at System.Web.UI.Util.CheckVirtualFileExists(VirtualPath virtualPath) at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.GetVPathBuildResultInternal(VirtualPath virtualPath, Boolean noBuild, Boolean allowCrossApp, Boolean allowBuildInPrecompile) at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.GetVPathBuildResultWithNoAssert(HttpContext context, VirtualPath virtualPath, Boolean noBuild, Boolean allowCrossApp, Boolean allowBuildInPrecompile) at System.Web.UI.TemplateControl.LoadControl(VirtualPath virtualPath) at System.Web.UI.TemplateControl.LoadControl(String virtualPath) at DotNetNuke.UI.Skins.Skin.InjectModule(Control objPane, ModuleInfo objModule, PortalSettings PortalSettings) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

Any idea how I can solve this? DNN version is 04.03.07

    1. Is the file mentioned really not there? Then someone has accidentally removed the application files of DMX.
    2. If the file is there, it looks like a server configuration/permissions issue on file level

In any case you have a damaged DNN/DMX or wrong server configuration.

    Kind regards

I redownloaded the zip, uninstalled the old, then reinstalled the new one. That solved it. A coworker installed it the first time so who knows what happened to that dispatch file.

    Thanks for your help,
