Can we Block Certain File Extensions in DMX?

I am wondering if there is a way to block certain file types from being uploaded into DMX? I looked in the settings and I did not see any of that kind of option. Please let me know if this would be possible. Thanks!

No, there isn't. There is a way of blocking download, though. You need to specify the 'Download' field in the DMX_Extensions record for that file type. If you set it to 'False' the file type will never download.
