Hi, I have recently implemented the document exchange module on a clients website. is there any way to control view order of the documents that are uploaded in the site. At present all files are ordered alphabetically. I would like to set the order to display as they are loaded into the application. any assistance appreciated. thanks

There is a Default Sort Order defined for the module. You could try to change that to 'DateSubmitted'. Add 'DESC' behind this if you want to reverse order. Peter

Hmmm!? Order teh Folder Entrys with DateSubmitted or reverse is not Solution because you have a long List of Folders in the Drop-Down when the Folder-Structure is large! Exist a Way to sort the Folder-Names in the Drop-Down with the Name instead of the DateSubmitted? I Spoken from the Drop-Down in the Module-Settings to select the Root-Folder for the Module! Mean we both the same? Guido

Hi Guido, I believe the David is refering to the main screen. Yours is a different issue that occurs on very large installations. I'll find a solution for that. Peter

About Bring2mind
