We have make now different Tests and see the Problem is 100% by Lucene and not by DMX.
We have installed on our System a free Zip-iFilter from Citeknet and make a iisreset then we make a Re-Indexing and the Zip-Archives is now found and Lucene see also the Content of the Files.
We have testet the same with CHM Windows Help Files and here is the same effect and Solution.
Is the needed iFilter for a specified Application not Installed on the Server-System then Lucene return nothing to DMX and you have a empty Search-Result without this specified Files.
We have testet followed free iFilters from citeknet successfull on our System
- Zip-iFilter x64
- CHM-iFilter x64

Important Information:
We can test only iFilters on x64 System because we use currently only x64 Server-Systems in our Networks, the installation from a 32-Bit System is not a Problem but we must every install all 30 Days a Trial-Version from DMX for the Tests because we need our both licenses for the Test and Production System and the Installation all 30Days for the Trial is to many work for us.
