After I upgraded from DMX 3 to DMX 4, the module no longer runs properly when accessing the page in secure (https) mode.  Specifically, the menus do not display properly (almost like the background for the menu is lost) and the upload control will not function (I keep getting an error about the improper configuration /registration of the Telerik RadUploadProgressHandler module.)

As soon as I change the page back from the secure mode, everything works fine, but I really need the page communications to be encrypted.

Additionally, when the page is secured, the file selection screen shows what looks like a "browse" button mostly hidden by a "select" button instead of just showing the select button. Oddly enough, only the "browse" button brings up a file selection object.
