Moving to 4.0

I have a site license for DMX 4.0 for one of my sites and I would like to purchase a second license for another site. However, I am in the process of moving the site over from one host to another. The site currently uses DMX 3 and DNN 4.4. I want to be able to move the site over to the new host (with the latest version of DNN) but it seems that the only to move to DMX 4 is to download each individual file (there are hundreds) out of DMX 3 and the reupload them onto the new host into DMX 4. Is there any way to export all the files out of DMX 3? I would just upgrade on the old host to DMX 4 then save all the files that way then move over but the DNN version doesn't work with DNN 4.
