I have just downloaded and purchased DMX 4 Professional. I have read the Installation Manuel that I received with my purchase. It tells me to log in as host, when I do, I only see the module title. When I log in as admin or another user. I see the product. It tells me to go to the module menu and find "License" This is no where to be found. When I used the eval, I have no problems, in fact, I had to uninstall it and reinstall to get more time. I have followed the guide to the "T" Please Help!!!!

Hi Chris, If you cannot see the interior of the module most likely you have a whitespace filter somewhere. The module should show up even when not activated (only add/edit is disabled on non-activated module). Please verify that nothing interferes with the html stream as the javascript libraries are very sensitive to this. Let me know how it goes. Kind regards, Peter Donker

Go to host settings and double check that white space filtering is off (performance settings). Then make sure any other third party modules don't do this either. You'll know when you got it right cos the module will show up. Peter

Hi Chris, Which version of DNN are you using? I have learned recently that DNN 04.08.00 has some changes that could lead some parts to break. Peter

I just upgraded to 4.08.00. I went through and uninstalled all the mods that I wasn't using and the 3rd party mods. I made sure that the white space filter was not checked and checked the compression settings. This happen b4 I upgraded. At the bottom of the mod, it says that the lic has expired but there is no place to add the lic. I have uninstalled and installed exactly how the docs says to and I still can't use the product. Again, when I am logged in as host, the only thing that I see is the name of the mod and the box. When I am logged in as admin or someone else I can atleast see the mod. Chris

We have a firewill and due to SOX and PCI we can not open our servers to the internet. Is there another way to activate?
