We have been using the Document Exchange module for several months now and recently noticed a problem with documents showing up as approved when they weren't. We have narrowed it down to the following process:
- An employee with only View, Add & Edit permissions on a folder will upload a new file. The filename will show up in blue and the client (View only) cannot see this file when they log in.
- The employee will than right click on that new file and choose Edit. Once the Edit form appears nothing will be changed and the user will click finish. The file will then no longer show up as blue but instead black.
- Now when the client logs in they can see the file even though it has not been approved my an administrator, who is the only person to have approve privileges on this folder.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, this is the last probably before we can release it to all of our clients.
