Am getting the following error when trying to upgrade DMX to 4.3.0.

A critical error has occurred.
Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown.

(here the DNN file manager is visible)

I double checked the config file and the httpRuntime is set to:

I made a change to the config and saved to force a recompile and tried again and still get this error. The error happens within about 10-20 seconds of starting the install.

Ok, I determined this had nothing to do with DMX. I tried uploading a 3MB file through the DNN file manager and got the same error. Restarting IIS seemed to fix the whole problem. Hopefully it will not return. We just moved to a new host and the server seems a little squirrley.
