I get this error when uploading a .docx file: Upload error: Too many files

When I cancel the uplod I get this message:

XML Parsing Error: no element found
Location: http://www.domain.com/DMS...61-8713-ab4d9ba86a2c

I should mention that I can upload these documents (docx, xlsx, pptx) using the core documents mod.

Hi Chris,

Never seen this in my life. What is the DMS.aspx in your url?

Hrello Peter,

domain.com/Documents/DocumentsMaster.aspx

If you'd like, I can send you the detailed info and an admin login for the site for troubleshooting.

I should also mention that I have a DMX 3 install in the same enivorment (different website) that performs flawlessly.

Hi Chris,

Please send me the login by email. The url is not a DMX url, so it makes me wonder.

For Chris it worked to change to aspnet upload for instance. How about you?

Yes, but now I am relegated to using only an upload control with no progress indicator.

Hi Paul,

The upload components that have a progress bar use some sort of calling back to the server for this. This means that on the server IIS has to wire these calls to the right component. This is prone to "clashes" as various vendors may be using the same 3rd party components for this or ones that use the same pattern. Over the last couple of releases I have had to untangle the RadUpload from the DNN core version as they added that with the same naming. So the last version is the best to try. If you're still stuck then send me an email and I'll see what I can do to get this working for you.
