Hi Peter,
I can't add category.
In admin categories, when I click on save button, I always have this message "The data could not be loaded".
I use DMX 5 and DNN 4.9. DMX is activated.
I have no special error in site logs.

Do you have whitespace filtering on? Some other form of special compression?

I am getting this issue with the trial version as well. I have checked whitespace filtering and it is off. No other special compression. |

The same thing is happening to me. I did took off whitespace filtering. Then I cannot access the website. I had to go into dotnetnuke installation folder and rename compression.config and then I logged into the site. But, now I still have the error. I also registered for trial license and sometimes I'm able to add the category and most of the times I can't. Please help.... |

Hi Peter,
I retry with a new and clean dnn instal.
No more problem with categories.
On the old instal, there were some upgrades.
DNN 4.5.5 => 4.9.0
DMX 4.03.02 => 5.0.0
And I haven't got the "licence" link in DMX menu on the old instal.

I can't put a finger on it. I'm not sure where Benoit's installation went wrong. If the 'license' link was not available on the menu in the old install, then I'm surprised the module actually ran. To Chandra, contact me by email with a host login and I'll have a look.

Peter,
I'm new to this site. I have a stupid question. I don't know how to send you the email. I tried to click on your user name and I couldn't get your email id. I installed DNN 4.9 on our internal server. We are in the evaluating process to make DNN as our CMS with DMS functionality. I found DMX has the most of the functionality we need. I can show it to you by means of either a web-ex or gotoassist. My installation unlike Benoit's is a fresh DNN install on windows 2003 / sql server standard 2005. Please advise. Thanks for your reply.

Hi all,
The past couple of days I've been working on the categories edit UI. I have it working in the lab. This will come out within the next couple of weeks as v 05.00.01. My plan is to round off 05.00.01 work by next week, have it tested for 1 or 2 weeks, then release it.
