When accessing my site from my w2k3 server box on IE6 the module is working as expected.  When I switch to my IE7/Vista box the module appears as an empty box on the screen.   Is this a known issue.  I am sorry I dont have much time to research this as we are suppose to go live next week and I have over 1000 documents to migrate to this DMS since I purchased it today.

I am really struggling here, if I cant get something to work in the next few hours I am going to have to go with another module that I demo'd and worked fine but did not have all of the features that DMX has...anyone have any suggestions whey I can only see the module when I am logged in on the web server itself? Any other server/desktop shows just a blank module with a grey bar along the top. Any ideas/assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Jeff,

First: if an emergency contact us by email.

Second: it sounds like a javascript issue. The is frequently the case when the box remains empty. Do you still have whitespace filtering on? It is mentioned in the installation manual.

I just walked back thru the installation manual over the last hour...verifying everything.  The only issue I can find is I did not have c:\windows\microsoft.net\framework\v2.0.50727\aspnet_isapi.dll entered in the Wildcard Application Maps...after adding that, performing an iisreset now my site throws a 404 on every new page.  I have verified the existance of this file.

Whitespace is definitely off.

Sorry I wasnt sure what email to use, as I said I am under the gun and just trying to get this done as quick as possible.

Resolved. Turns out there was a character out of place ('a random /' in Jeffs' words) in the web.config.

Yeah mostly likey I fat fingered it...but thanks a ton Peter for the very prompt assistance! I am so glad to get this resolved, I did NOT want to revert to that other module :)
