I have a few hundred users on a public site that is using DMX to manage a library of about 7,000 files and for the most part it's working very well, but I am getting a few reports from people saying they cannot see the files. I'll work with them to get it resolved, but I just wanted to check to see if there are any known issues that I can check for as part of a "standard" client troubleshooting list. The only thing I can think of would be that they have Javascriptiing turned off but that seems unlikely? Thanks Sean

Hi Sean, Yes, it really depends on what they still do see. If they see the 'blank screen with grey bar at the top' this indicates a JS problem of some sort. If it's something else, then another problem may be the cause. I'd have to know more details though. There are no known 'people don't see what they ought to see' issues that I'm aware of.
