Hi--

(running dmx 5.0.1 & dnn 4.8.4)

I ran the "insert base folder" script that created a new folder "New Base Folder".  When I click edit on the "new Base folder" (to rename the folder), I receive the following "error":

"The module has not been activated or there is an issue with the license. Check your licenses on your licenses page on www.bring2mind.net. Log in using the account you received when you first bought the product."

I've checked my license and everthing looks ok.  Is this the correct behaviour for the edit button?  Shoudl I be able to rename the folder, and if so, what is the correct method?

thanks,

Curtis

Hi Curtis,

Aparently the module thinks the license is not good. Can you tell me what the license screen says? At the top there is a short message about the activation. Please send it to me (peter at bring2mind dot net) in an email and I'll have a look.

it says:

Status: The module has not been activated or there is an issue with the license. Check your licenses on your licenses page on www.bring2mind.net. Log in using the account you received when you first bought the product.
Account:
Invoice:
Activated: No

I did activate the module. I even received an email saying that i only had 1 activation left (i previously had 2). I guess i'll try and re-activate?

Hi Curtis,
The first 2 lines indicate that the account and invoice were not saved. Can the asp.net worker process save to portals/_default/dmxlicense.config. Try deleting that file if it's there and reactivating. Note that existing activations are stored with us as well and do not eat from the activation count when you delete this file.
