On 1/16, I approved a document in DMX. I didn't get an approval notification, so I assumed there was something wrong with the configuration.
On 1/21, I visited the website, and sure enough, an email appeared in my inbox about the approval. Is there a reason why the approval wouldn't have been sent upon the action of approving the document? I.e. does the notification get associated with a date and time that it needs to be sent and then it might be missed during the actual approval action?
