I downloaded your trial version and everything seems to work fine.  My question is,  how do you turn the details Tab off or hide it?  I think it is something we will purchase but we don't want to show all the details of a file or folder.  We are looking for a simple file manager module.  Thanks in advance.

Hi Herman,

Use the templated view in combination with the 'navigator' extension. The simplify the UI to a file list that you browse. The second is an addon that just shows a folder tree.

Alternatively we can make a custom adaptation of the module for you that excludes the details screen. Contact us by email for details.

Regards,

Peter

Please forgive me.  I am new to your module.  Can you provide steps for first option?

Hi Herman,

Please also consult the Template view help file on the help menu. It outlines how to do this with screenshots.

You need to go to module settings and select TemplateView in the control to load and check 'override control'.

thanks for the response....I was able to change the view to the TemplateView however I still want the naviagator on the left side that displays the folder tree.  I didn't see any instructions for the navigator in the help for the TemplateView.  Maybe I missed something so I will read it again. I will also check the rest of the help documentation.  Also...I am testing your Document Exchange Professional 05.00.03 version.
