I am trying to use WebDAV in DMX v 5.00.03 to create new folders or to copy folder/file structures via Windows Explorer, but keep getting an error:

A folder named 'New Folder' already exists.  Please enter a different name.

Reproduction steps:

1.  Using IE, right-click on a folder in the Document Exchange module and choose and choose Open in Windows Explorer
2.  Using Windows Explorer, copy files from a newtork drive and paste into the new instance of Windows Explorer that points to the Document Exchange path just opended in step 2

Platform:

I am using XP Pro w/ SP 2 and Internet Explorer v7.

Additional Findings:

I also noticed that when copying over new files, if the file doesn't exists, it still prompts me if I want to overwrite a 0 MB file with the new one.  Is this common practice for new files as well?

Any help with the above questions would be greatly appreciated.
