Hi John,

Did you edit the templates at all?

Hi Peter,

Thanks for the quick response. The short answer is no. I simply installed the upgrade and set the module to TemplateView in the settings page, using the manual as a reference guide.

Hi John,
And you're using the very latest version of DMX, right?

Yes, that is correct I downloaded the latest version of DMX 5 from snowcovered.com. It installed without error.

Hi John,

I tracked this one down. In fact you only see 'error' where the breadcrumbs are. This is because the requested document was outside the root of the DMX instance. It is not a critical error. I've made changes for the next release to trap this error and handle it more elegantly.

Thats great Peter, I am glad you were able to track it down. When can we expect a hotfix?

Thanks!

Hi John,

I'm working on DMX 05.01.00 which is going to be a pretty major upgrade with lots of new features. Necessarily this one needs to be well tested before release so it will take more time that a bugfix upgrade. I expect this to be out in mid May.

Note though that I've been unable to 'break' the module with your error. The error is logged in the Event log, but the module keeps working in template mode regardless. It's just the breadcrumbs that don't show up any more. And that makes sense because the requested document was outside the root specified in the module settings.

If you have a different experience, please let me know.

Peter
