I haven't been able to send you emails recently. my problem is not with DMX itself, but the emails regarding the license renewal. I kept getting emails which state license to expire soon. We already renewed in April. I tried to reactivate from our portal, hoping the expireation date can be extended, which did not change anything, the service expires at the same old date.
Please advise what is needed to extend the license support.
