The module did not install due to the following failure:

Is there telephone or email support for Document Exchange?

I could not run the install from dnn because the the module did not install. The code did not go into desktop modules. I noticed that there were tables, triggers, and and stored procedures in the database. I removed all of these by modifing the unstall sql script and runing that. Then I tried runing the installation agian, but I got the same error above. Can you tell me where your installation guide is? Do you have any suggestions. What kind of support is there for your product?
