Word did not save the document

I'm having trouble saving changed documents. When I click save in Word it says "Word did not save the document". It then prompts me for a new file name. I click "cancel" and try to close Word and I get this... This file is in use by another application or user (C:\...\Templates\Normal.dotm) I have tried as an admin and as a regular user. Thanks.

I upgraded to the latest version of this software and the second error message is now gone but I still get the "Word could not save the document" error. Sounds like a permissions problem or readonly problem?

Hi, Are you maybe running DNN in a subdirectory? i.e. http://mysite/subdir? In that case you'll need to make a host name for the installation and use that. WebDAV does not accept the subdir in between. Peter
