Hi,

When uploading a PDF file in the Document Exchange module, the following error pops up in a new window:

r.a.d.upload Ajax callback error. Source url returned invalid content:

        The resource cannot be found.

Server Error in '/' Application.

The resource cannot be found.

Description: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.  Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly.

            Requested URL: /Bring2mind.Telerik.RadUploadProgressHandler.aspx

/Bring2mind.Telerik.RadUploadProgressHandler.aspx?tabid=157&RadUrid=18e78da9-081f-4298-9043-30cacd10d3f5

Did you register the RadUploadProgressHandler in web.config?

Please, see the help for more details: RadUpload 2.0 - Using r.a.d.upload - Configuration - RadUploadProgressHandler.

It should be noted that the file is still uploaded even with the above error message. Can anyone please give some assistance.

Hi Quinten,

1. Try to restart the application. Sometimes the web.config change is not immediately picked up
2. Verify the web.config according to the installation manual. The reference to Telerik.RadUpload should be there.
3. If there is another Telerik.RadUpload activate (you can see that if there is another one in the bin directory) then it might be a conflict. Do the same as 4
4. It could be a partial trust issue. Simple solution: go to Admin > Main Options on the DMX menu and change the upload provider to aspnet Upload provider.
