I require a view of my dmx data that shows a list of the filenames and the value of their attributes.  I have reviewed the document on customizing templates, spent considerable time testing it but cannot get the results I am looking for; I cant get a list of attributes besides the files.

Related to the above, I'd also need to create different templated views of the data, on different pages for different user groups. Modifying the template seems to modify all instances of templateview.ascx,

(for example, some of the 1000's of documents have an attribute called "Nato stock number", I'd like to have a page on my site of all the docs with a value in the "Nato Stock Number" , ignoring those that dont)

Do I need to create a custom query and use the reports module to do this or can I somehow use the capabilties of dmx.

Hi Mark,

Can you send me an email with
1. a screenshot of one of the attributes and,
2. the token string you're using to try to draw it out.
I'll try and replicate here to see where things go wrong.

The templates are per module. If you edit them, they're saved under a name starting with the module ID under portals/[id]/DMX/ViewTemplates
