Hi Peter, the 5.2 release notes include "Enhancement: Flexible root allows user based folders", I found the root folder per module in the module settings, is this the enhancement?

I was assuming there was a new option that would allow the creation and control of user based folders along with it. e.g. being able to limit which users/roles could have a user based folder etc. So either I'm misisng something or I guess you have to manually create a seperate page and DMX instance for each individual user and manually set the module root - is that what was intended?

Also, will there ever be an option for users to perform bulk/multiple file/queue uploads? i.e. act like a web based ftp client (of course without the ftp)? I know its been talked about plenty of times, just thought I should ask for an update...

Thanks, TJ

Hi TJ,

It will become clearer in the upcoming 5.2.2 release. Your assumptions are correct. The manual will also have been updated for that version.

Thanks Peter, 5.2.2 make things a lot clearer now :)

That being said, do you have any intention of creating a multi file upload feature?

Thanks, TJ

Hi Tim,

I'm looking into it, but haven't found an elegant architecture yet.
