Peter,
I am seeing some strange behavior with the drop-down 'click-to-open' document menu. On some documents I can right click and the menu opens and on other documents the menu does not open but I see a small dot or image on the document icon? This behavior is happening on a number of documents and I have tested this on a number of computers with same result.

I am using Document Exchange Professional 5.2.2 and DNN 5.1.4 (this portal was upgraded from DNN 4.8).

Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

I looked into this more and the right click menu is working fine on some computers. This could be an IE 8 issue? This may not have anything to do with the document module but if you have seen this before or have any ideas please let me know.

Hi Lewis,

It could also be an issue of restarting the app pool maybe? Another thing that might throw DNN off is switching user logins. Let me know if you see a pattern.

This seems to only happen with some admin accounts and files. I will look into this more and let you know what I find.
