I am using DNN 5.2.3 and DMX 5.2.2 on a test (localhost) configuration in preparation for a DNN4.5.5 and DMX3.5.5 upgrade.  When using DMX 5.2.2 on DNN 5.2.3 I am having a problem when adding a new custom attribute field of type 'Date'.  The interface does not allow the date to be populated in the field manually or when using the pop up calendar control.  This problem exists in two scenarios-- when upgrading the DNN and DMX versions in place or when installing DMX 5.2.2 on a new fresh DNN 5.2.3 install.  We must be able to record an Issue and Expire Date for our documents.  Any help would be appreciated.

Followup-- Strange, but the next day the issue described above seemed to 'mostly' self resolve. The custom date field(s) now let me put a date into the field, providing I use the date picker calendar and that I don't set the day to the current date. If for example, I set the date to a date ealier then current-- the date will go in. After that, I can manually change it back to the current day- or, I can pick the current day from the date picker and it will now select it. I simply cannot initialize the value to the current date. Thanks in advance for exploring this strange behavior.

Hi Aaron,

I'll make a note and investigate.
