Hi

I've installed Document Exchange Professional 5.2.2 onto version 05.02.03 of DNN, imported a load of docs, added some new ones and everything works fine. Then i created a child portal and used a template of the parent. Then i imported loads of docs into the Document Exchange Professional module which now appear in the fodlers, bit I can't edit of them (only delete them) and I can't add anything new to the folders.

What have I dont wrong?

James

Further to this - if i create an administrator account I can edit the information, but I'm still not able to with  the Host account

Further to this, I also now can't select the Root Folder for module easily. I have to down down a level and save the settings, then go back in go down another level and save the settings, then go back in and go down another level and save the settings - it's only showing one level down each time. I'm using the template view.ascx for the Default View Screen and the Default Edit Screen and it's the same in IE and Firefox and if i'm a host or an admin.

Hi James,

Sounds like the portal didn't initialize properly. Can you try to run the portal prepare script under Admin > Run Scripts? If that doesn't help please contact me by email.
