User has permission to VIEW Collection but cannot see any content!

I am on DMX 5.2.7. I have something very weird occuring and I believe it is permissions related. In my DMX instance I have a Collection that any user should be able to VIEW according to the permissions that are set. This collection uses custom attributes. The issue is that some users cannot see any of the content in this collection when in fact they have permission to do so. When I click on the collection DMX hangs with the data image going in circles as if it were thinking. After waiting for a minute the process completes - displaying no documents in the collection when in fact there are over 1100 that the user should see. In my testing I took another DNN account - we'll call this Account A - and set it up with the same exact permissions as my account. Sure enough, this account A was able to VIEW all 1100+ documents. So I have 2 exact accounts permissions wise except one can VIEW as their supposed to and one cannot which is a mystery! Anyone have an idea as to what is happening?

Hi Travis, I'd have to set up a folder with 1100 docs to try and replicate. If you're admin there are some shortcuts so the size is a likely candidate as it might have timed out for the regular user. Peter

I could not pinpoint the reason this was happening. I did resolve the issue somehow when I upgraded to the next code version 5.2.7. I have not seen this occur since. Travis
