I am following the instructions for setting up the Search for DMX 5.02.07. Everything is working except for one thing. In the instructions it says to uncheck "Change Extensions" in the Disk File Storage Provider settings. No matter how many times I uncheck this and hit update, the setting never changes and I have to run the script to restore the extension every time I or my team uploads a new document. Any ideas why this setting change is not being saved? Thanks...

Hi Mark, Is this on the search options page? And are you using the Indexing Service provider? Peter

This is when, through the DMX module, I choose Admin -> Storage Settings. There is a setting there called "Change Extensions", which the instructions say I should uncheck, so that the Indexing Service can index those files. When I uncheck, save and then come back, the box is checked again. When I upload new files, I have to run the "Rename Extensions to Original" script manually to restore the original file extensions. Yes, I am using Indexing Service provider. Thanks for your help.
