Search not working on SyncFolders?

Hi Peter, since Version 5.3.3 we have the problem that SyncFolders seem not to be indexed. All Files & Folders added to the repository the standard way (i.e. manually created folders and uploaded files) Are indexed perfectly - search (site search aswell as DMX search) delivers many results, also from document's contents. But no content of any synced folder shows up in search results - it used to work, except DMX updates I didn't change anything... Any ideas on this? Cheers, -Chris

Hi Chris, I don't think it's related to the sync folder. Search is independent and works on all contents of DMX. But if something went wrong while importing then it may have skipped some docs. You may need to reindex to get up to date again. Peter

Hi Peter, I reindexed the portal aswell as the installation over and over again with no success :( Then I gave LUKE a try and it figured out that some indexes were corrupted. I completely deleted all lucene data und reindexed the installation another time. Now it works perfectly. Thanks! -Chris
