Are there any examples for templating (or even a read me). I need to make what hopefully is a simple template but can not find any examples of what the template should look like.

I answered my own question. \DesktopModules\Bring2mind\DMX\Documentation has the documentation and shows how to get to the template editor.

I'd like to bring this thread back to life, and ask if anyone has any template examples that I can look at?

Hi Dave,
The included (default) template should show you what you can do with it. Note that DMX 6 will make a number of adjustments to templating, so after the summer youmay want to check again.
Templating in DMX is the same as in other DNN modules with so-called "token replace" HTML templates (e.g. Announcements module). You craft HTML the way you want and add tokens where data will be inserted. DMX adds some powerful features to this which are descibed in the templating manual on the help menu.
