I am experiencing a weird issue with the DMX repository module navigation. I have a site at https://www.mysite.com/reportingportal that works just fine. On that site there is a page https://www.mysite.com/reportingportal/Reports.aspx that contains the DMX repository and the module itself as far as adding/editing items and most functionality works fine. However, when I select an option from the Admin menu (Main Options for instance) it attempts to navigate to https://www.mysite.com/reportingportal/reportingportal/Reports.aspx?ctl=MainOptions&mid=389 which results in a 404 error. If I remove the extraneous /reportingportal it works as expected. Tried Reset Menus (did not help). Can't find any other reason for this. DNN version 05.06.01 DMX version 5.3.5 Any help would be appreciated. thanks, Jake |

Hi Jake, Please start by going to main options, verifying the default portal alias and clicking update. Restart the application as well to be sure (Host Settings). Check if the problem remains. Peter |

Peter, I did both of those things and no change. I also updated to document exchange version 5.3.7 but that did not fix the problem. |

Update: I tried adding a new instance of the Module to a new page and it is having the same problem. The DMX module is currently unusable as it also affects options chosen from the context menu so basically any DMX action attempts to go the incorrect URL as stated above. |

I tried both of those and no change. I also tried adding a new instance of the module to a new page and the same error occurred. |

Hi Jake, That appears to be a menu issue related to child portals. I'll make a note. In the meantime you'll need to delete that extra reportingportal/ in the url to get to that admin page. Peter |

Same issue here. I tried removing the DMX module per the manual removal instructions and reinstalling it, and the problem persists. Is there a fix on the way for this, or a temporary workaround other than manually modifying the URL? It affects all links off of those menus, not just the Menu Options link. |

Peter, Do you think that the DNN Friendly URL Rules could be used as a workaround for this? |

I tried this rule but it did not seem to solve the problem: MATCH = .*/reportingportal/reportingportal/(.*) REPLACE WITH = ~/reportingportal/$1 |

There is no immediate fix, no. I'll see what I can do regarding release schedule. Peter |

Hi Jake, I am having trouble replicating this. Is there any way you can give me access to your DNN portal? My email is peter at bring2mind dot net. Peter |

Hey Peter, I can give you access to mine if Jake can't. Do you just need access to the web front-end or do you need access to the servers, as well? -Ivan |

Hi Ivan, Please contact me through email. I only need admin login for now I think. We'll take it from there. Peter |
