Cannot Download Document after Search

Hello Peter,

We have installed DMX5 on our DNN installation. We have the document manager working manually. This means after registering on the web site you can navigate to the DMX area called "publications on our site" then see the main folder (TemplateView) the client does not like the AjaxUI. If you want to find a document you must click on folders until you find what you want.

However we have added another instance of DMX on the same page, in a different module area, and activated the Search Control View. This now allows the DMX to be searched, and returns the results correctly. It works fast and very nice, however on the results, you cannot download any of the documents at all. The actual error is "You do not have access to view this tab within the portal."

Please advise..

Also I forgot to mention, we asked our hosting company "powerdnn.com" to look into this for us. They reviewed the entire site and indicated that DNN is setup as it should be with correct permissions on all DNN logins and pages. However they indicated the issue is related to the DMX module itself.
