Hello, We are using DMX version 5.3.5 and found the scripts under the Admin menu. One of them is called ReindexPortal. I cannot find anything in the manual(s) describing these scripts. First, should we run this (or other scripts) regularely to make sure all is running fine? Secondly, if so, is there a way to do this based on a schedule? I noticed a few DMX tasks in the DNN planning area. Thanks, Arjan

Hi Arjan, These scripts are ad-hoc bits of functionality that are intended only to be used in rare instances when you feel there is an issue with the module. In the case of search it can happen that the index becomes corrupt and search no longer works. In that case we advise to run the reindex portal script. There are scripts to repair permissions in case your permissions are broken (e.g. admins can't access a particular folder). Peter
