You'll need to upgrade your DNN installation to the minimum required version 4.9.2. We advise to go to 4.9.5 at the very least (this is a low risk upgrade from your version as it just contains bug fixes). Furthermore: support for DNN 4 will fade across the industry (including from us) once DNN 6 begins to roll out (this summer). DMX 6 will not be available for DNN 4. So please plan for upgrades. Thank you for you help I upgraded the site and now have it running correctly. The problem I have now is I don't see the drop down for activation. |

Please log in as host and switch to edit view in DNN. You should see the triangle appear next to the module title. Peter |

I am logged in as host and the only time I see the triangle is in design view. And activation is not listed. I am using the basic DNN Gray skin |

Yes, but you see "License" on that dropdown menu, right? You click that. It should be in edit view by the way. I've never seen it hidden in edit view on a DNN standard skin. Peter |

When I click on Edit view I do not see the triangle only in design view. In design view I do not see license. |

OK, you're having an issue here. Try the following: empty your browser's cache (i.e. all cached files). Then refresh the page. Still not working? Do you see the three panel layout typical of DMX? If not you have probably switched on whitespace filtering (Host Settings page near "performance") which you should not do. Peter |

The errors are generated by DNN (dnnmenu.js), not DMX. By the looks of it you have a skin issue. Can't be 100% sure though. Peter |

Thank you I finally got it working. I created a new page and add the DMX module to that page rather than trying to add it to an existing page. I do have a question. Is there a way to see who is downloading the files? |

The admin sees a log in the details and the DMX_Log table in SQL keeps record of all actions. You can use any SQL reporting module if you need to extract data from there. |
