Peter,
I recently purchased the limited source code version of the DMX module from your website, using paypal. The site however says that I don't have access to /Clients/My Orders tab to download. Could you resolve please?

Hi Lee,
This is because you are using a different account then the one assigned upon purchase. Please verify your emails (the license email for instance specifically mentions your account name). If you want to transfer it, please send the details of that license by email to us with the request and details of the other account.

Peter, I logged in under the username in the email after retrieving and resetting my password, however there are still no files at tabid=172 (though now I can get to the tab). I CAN see the license, and I did get notified that there were files available (via email) but I still don't have the option of downloading them. Sorry to be a pain...

Also - the emails ended up in my spam folder because you have no Reverse DNS on your email server account (just fyi). |
