We want a DMX synchronization job which will fulfill our below requirements:
1) Import all the newly added documents from a physical path of the synchronized folder into DMX Repository.
2) It should not delete document entries of previously imported documents even though those documents are removed from the physical path.
We tried using "Schedule-DMX SyncFolder Task" job and also created our own job using methods mentioned in "Schedule-DMX SyncFolder Task" job. But both the jobs do not fulfill requirement mentioned in point 2 i.e. they delete entries of previously imported documents if those are not available in a physical path of the synchronized folder.
We observed that "Admin-Run Script-Synchronize all SyncFolders in Portal” script execution supports both the requirements.
Please provide a solution which will help us to define a job which will fulfill our requirements.
