Hello, we use DMX Professionell 05.03.07 with DNN 4.9.5. We have the strange and annoying isue that from one day to another all folders with their content is deleted. One can restore the folders and content, but this is a very elaborting process. This thing happend yet. I have created a set of folders and after uploading a file, all folders have been deleted. We use DMX for our business intranet. There are a lot of files and folders. I can not restore all of this every now and then. Is there a way to restore all folders and files at once? Is this a know issue, is there an update (for free)?

Hi, Yes, there is an upgrade (5.3.9 now). Note there is one scenario I know of that leads to an "insolvable" mass delete: having a search engine installed in DNN that crawls the site with Admin priviliges and having a copy of DMX in templated mode. Unfortunately the search engine clicks on all links on the page including the delete links. We advise you to run search engines in low authorization modes. Or to exclude the DMX page. Peter |

Hi, thank you for your support. This could be, we use Open Search Engine - I will make the changes with the folders. Can I install the update over the existing module (because of the license)? Best Jörg |

Hi Jorg, Yes, you can. All DMX releases automatically upgrade previous versions. Peter
