Column alignment in viewcollection for custom attributes

We are having problems trying to get the alignment of columns in viewcollection.aspx. We have a number of custom attributes that are show but no matter what we have tried, we are unable to get the row values to align with the header. The column header seems to be ignoring the widths we specify for the columns. An example is at http://www.gibb.co.za/downloads/dmx_cols.jpg In the example, the "Project number" has no data for any of the rows and the "Acad2010-1" would be the "doc num". Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You need to check out both the ViewCollection.ascx (where initiali column widths are set) and the ViewCollection.js. The latter has some code to adjust column widths after we had issues not having the columns fill out the width of the grid. You may need to revisit that code and tune it for yourself. Peter
