I get only Audit emails. Emails are not sent to users when new documents are added/updated...........Please help.

User subscribed to a document and only then user got an email.

I was under the assumption that any user who has view permission gets an email.

Is there a way for the admin to subscribe users for a folder/file?

Only subscribed users get an email, yes. We're looking at extending it to VIEW users in the future. But for now it is bound to subscription.

In DMX 6 admins can subscribe users to items.
