Context menu appearance

Context menus do not show properly throughout DMX module. When I right-click on the file or the folder, I sometimes get the Internet Explorer's context menu on top of the DMX's one and sometimes they show up beside each other. There is no consistency in how they appear. We currently use Document Exchange Professional 4.2.1 with DNN 4.8.2. Trying to upgrade to the newest DNN and DMX. I thought the context menus would be fixed in the new version of DMX but I tried the online demo and it doesnt look so. Any advice? Thanks.

Hi, This is related to your browser. All current versions of browsers we've tested against worked fine (IE/FF/Chrome). We have noticed once a misplacement when logged in as host but have never been able to repeat the finding. What browser and version are you using? And can you send us a screenshot at info at bring2mind dot net? Peter

Hi Peter, I am having problems seeing the context menus as well. I am running current IE9 & Firefox versions. The context menus are covered by the browsers context menu which appears when right-click. Can you help me resolve? Thanks in advance

This is a jQuery issue. The popup blocker is run on page load. If your browser still shows the popup then jQuery is either not being loaded or it is malfunctioning. You can check this with the browser's debugger (i.e. Firebug/Dev tools). I'm not sure what I can do from here to help. Peter
