Mail function in 6.0.1 not working

I installed version 6.0.1 today upgrading from 5.3. Everything appears to work except the mail function. I enabled the function and I get the menu option, but when I select a file and click on mail. The screen flashes and takes me to the root folder.

narrowed the issue down. The mail function doesn't work when selecting a file from a catagory folder. It works if I select the file from a folder. We setup our displays to end customers only showing catagory folders.

I have tested and it appears related to caching. The url used to construct the link to the mail page used an old page in your case. Once I went and updated the Main Options it cleared the cache and used the regular page url I was on. If it happens again something else is up in url construction and you have a special tweak in your system I'm not aware of. In any case none of it was replicable locally here. Peter
